   Yes, we write our own code in HTML

   Yes, it requires you to upload your personal files to make a new page.

   Yes, you can download the site and gives an option to mount your site as a drive on your computer for Premium members.

   No advertisements or watermarks

    The URL depends on your username for the site. So the basic format is “username.neocities.org”
